James D. Boyce, M.D.

Dr. Boyce is a board certified ophthalmologist who has practiced in Garden Grove since 1978. He received his medical degree from Columbia University in New York City and subsequently completed his residency training in ophthalmology there.

Dr. Boyce has been performing refractive surgery since the introduction of radial keratotomy in 1983 and also performes the lasik procedures. He is a member of many professional organizations and of the voluntary faculty at USC.

Norman Liu, M.D.

Dr. Liu is a specialist in cataract, cornea, anterior segment, and refractive surgery. After graduating from University of California, San Francisco medical school, he completed his residency training in Ophthalmology at Doheny Eye Institute/USC.

Dr. Liu subsequently specializes in cornea and refractive surgery at University of California, Irvine.Is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese languages, as well as some Spanish.
